On Monday, we made brown bread with ddk and J. The recipe can't be much easier: Stir all the ingredients together in a bowl with your hands, the put it in the oven in an oiled mould,
temperature 180 degrees for 1 hour. Then, remove the mould and put back theOn bread in the ove for 15 minutes, and that's it! No kneading, no waiting, brilliant!
Here is the list of ingredients for 2 loaves (from Rachel Allen,
Rachel's Food for Living, Isbn978-0-00-715931-1):
Sunflower oil, for greasing

50g wheatgerm
50g pinhead oatmeal or oats
50g brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
